1) Can I order samples?
We do hold a range of items of stock at our premises. Please do contact us and we can arrange if possible for you to take a sample for sizing, alternatively we can provide you with sizing charts for all garments. 2) Can I customise my own goods? We can do depending on the quality of the item for the proposed job. Please do check with us if this is the case and we can best advise on each individual job. We supply a wide variety of products, we may have what you are looking for, please contact us to discuss by sending us an email [email protected]. 3) Do you supply one-off customised garments? Yes we can, simply contact us with your requirements and we can discuss your individual needs. 4) How much does customisation cost? Customisation costs can vary, so we ask if you forward us over a copy of the logo via email we will ensure to get back to you asap with a quote. 5) I don't have artwork to give you for customisation, can you help? Unfortunately we can only work with logos that you can send us. However we can embroider/print text (i.e. name of the company) on items. Please do contact us and we can best advise if we can help. 6) Can you embroider my logo or design on my garment in different sizes? Yes, certainly, but for each different size you’d like your artwork reproduced, we need to make a separate embroidery file, for which there may be a charge. 7) Can I get a proof of my design? For all orders, we will supply an artwork sample before the purchased garments are embroidered/printed to ensure you approve of the design. We will require this approval before customising your garments. 8) What artwork format is best? We can accept a variety of file formats including an JPEG, PSD, PDF & PNG. If you would like your design printed, we recommend sending a high-resolution file. When supplying artwork, please specify any Pantone-matched colours you would like to use. We can match this in both embroidery and printing processes. If you have any other questions regarding artwork, please contact us. 9) Will i have to pay for my artwork creation more than once? Each logo that is converted to an embroidered design needs to be digitally recreated into an embroidery file, which is then saved on our system. This means you will incur the artwork creation fee only the first time you use the design. For printed garments, we also retain your artwork on our system. There maybe additional charges if you wish for us to create larger embroidery jobs of your logo, i.e. embroidery of a larger scale on the back of an item. 10) How long will my garments take to produce? Please allow time for us to produce and despatch your garments if necessary. If you do need your garments faster, it’s always worth contacting us to see if can satisfy your request. |
