Finished Custom Embroidered Race Suit

This was an opportunity to do something really different, the chance to replicate a set of iconic race overalls from the 1971 film Le Mans starring Steve McQueen.

We had less than a week to turn a blank set of overalls into the finished article, it was done with time to spare & we have been receiving fantastic feedback from the client (who is racing in the suit at the Nurburgring this weekend!!). Lucky guy!!

The top photo shows a comparison between the original overalls & the replica set, the originals sold for just under $1million in 2011, the replica set were a real bargain!!
